With under an hour remaining before the trade deadline, the Cardinals have struck a deal to send infielder Jedd Gyorko to the Los Angeles Dodgers, according to multiple reports.

The return for Gyorko is not yet known. The 30-year-old infielder has been sidelined since early June with a variety of injuries and is currently on the 60-day injured list.

Gyorko has batted just .196/.274/.304 in 38 games this season.
