With just a few days until Monday afternoon’s non-waiver trade deadline, the Cardinals have told other teams they are willing to trade an outfielder, MLB Network’s Jon Morosi reported Friday night.

Morosi writes that Randal Grichuk is among the outfielders available, while confirming reporting from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch’s Derrick Goold that the Indians have expressed interest in Grichuk as well as Tommy Pham.

The Nationals have scouted Pham (along with reliever Trevor Rosenthal), Morosi reported Thursday night.

Pham, 29, has been a breakout star for the Cardinals thus far in 2017, hitting .311/.398/.529 with 14 home runs, 44 RBI, and 13 stolen bases in 73 games.

Grichuk, who began the season as the team’s starting left fielder, has had a largely disappointing year, spending most of June in the minor leagues and hitting .235/.285/.454 with 13 home runs and 37 RBI in the majors headed into play on Friday.

The 25-year-old Grichuk, though, has been hitting much better of late, smacking four home runs while hitting .393 since returning from the disabled list on July 21.
